Seth’s passion for real estate began at an early age. Growing up in a homeschool environment with entrepreneurial parents, he learned the value of hard work and business acumen. His father owned a sign company, and young Seth supplemented his earnings by selling stickers at the skating rink. “At 17, I invested in books about buying property with no money down,” Seth recalls. “When I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I knew real estate was my calling.”

By 19, he had earned his real estate license—not to build a traditional career, but to facilitate his own investments. His first clients were church members, friends, and church members who needed help selling their land. Thanks to his family’s sign business, Seth had signs prominently displayed all over town, leading to his first year’s earnings of $16,000 in commissions. Simultaneously, he worked alongside his parents and ran a landscaping business, reinforcing the value of discipline and determination.

“I remember my dad saying, ‘If you can’t find anything to do, grab a broom.’ That lesson stuck with me. No matter your position in life, there’s always work to be done,” he says.

Alongside his business partner, Tracy, Seth has cultivated a team of 30-plus professionals, including acquisitions specialists, sales managers, and financial officers. Their combined efforts have propelled Pioneer Realty into one of the most successful land companies in the region.

Faith, Family, and Leadership

At the heart of Seth’s business philosophy are strong family values and a deep sense of faith. Married to his wife, Courtney, for 19 years, the couple met at a Christian athletic camp. Together, they are raising three boys—Liam (16), Barrett (13), and Jasper (10). Their family enjoys outdoor activities like water skiing, snow skiing, and working on their ranch, which is home to cattle and horses.

“Ranch life is a lot of work, but it’s rewarding,” Seth shares. “Our kids learn about birth, death, and responsibility. It’s about taking care of something beyond yourself and appreciating God’s creation.”

Beyond business, Seth is actively involved in his community. He serves on the board of Christian Heritage Academy, where his children attend school. His dedication to instilling true American history and values in the next generation is evident in both his professional and personal life.
