DEBBIE FIDDLER

For Debbie Fiddler, real estate has never just been about transactions—it’s been about people. With more than two decades in the industry, her journey began in residential real estate before evolving into her current role as a senior account executive with Old Republic Home Protection. Along the way, one constant has remained: a deep commitment to building relationships and serving others with authenticity.

Her early exposure to the business came during high school, working at a small, family-owned real estate office in her hometown of Jenks, Oklahoma. That experience sparked an interest that would grow into a lifelong career. “It’s been a ride,” she says with a smile. “And I wouldn’t change a thing.”

A Trusted Name in Home Warranties
Old Republic has been providing home warranty services to homeowners since 1974 and operates as part of Old Republic International, a Fortune 500 company with more than a century of history. That legacy provides a strong foundation, but for Debbie, what truly matters is how the company supports homeowners in real, everyday moments.

The company’s home warranty plans are designed to protect major systems and appliances when they malfunction, offering homeowners budget protection and a streamlined path to repairs. Instead of scrambling to find a contractor, clients simply place a service request, and the company coordinates everything through a trusted network of professionals.

Debbie doesn’t just represent the product—she believes in it. “I have coverage on my own home,” she explains. “And after experiencing the service firsthand, I can honestly say it’s priceless.”

Service You Can Count On
That personal experience has only strengthened Debbie’s confidence in what she offers. She recalls placing a service request late one evening and receiving a call the next morning before she had even finished her coffee. The issue was resolved quickly, efficiently, and without stress.

“That’s what stands out,” she says. “You don’t have to search, negotiate, or worry. It’s all handled for you.”

For homeowners, especially those with older properties, that level of reliability can make all the difference. And for Debbie, it’s another opportunity to deliver value in a meaningful way.

Relationships First, Always
While the product is important, Debbie believes her true role goes far beyond coverage plans. She serves as a resource and connector for real estate professionals across Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas, often hosting lunch-and-learn events to educate agents on how home warranties can benefit their clients.

“I love sitting down with people, having a conversation, and building that trust,” she says. “That’s how real business gets done.”

Her approach is refreshingly traditional in a fast-paced, digital world. Face-to-face conversations, genuine connections, and consistent follow-through are the cornerstones of her success. Social media may help people stay connected, she notes, but nothing replaces a handshake and a shared conversation.

Staying Ahead in a Changing Industry
Even with decades of experience, Debbie understands the importance of evolving with the industry. Old Republic continues to expand its offerings, including new programs and services designed to meet the needs of modern homeowners and property managers.

“It’s important to stay competitive and keep improving,” she says. “That’s true in any business.”

By combining innovation with a long-standing reputation for excellence, she believes the company is well-positioned to continue serving clients at a high level for years to come.

Life Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Debbie’s life is centered around family and the things she loves most. She is the proud mother of two grown children, Justin and Katie, and enjoys spending time with them and her son-in-law, Dylan. Family gatherings often revolve around cooking, laughter, and simply being together.

She’s also an avid gardener, tending to a vibrant mix of flowers, herbs, and vegetables at her home. “That’s my happy place,” she says.

In the past year, Debbie has experienced her share of challenges, including a knee replacement that temporarily sidelined her from many activities. But true to form, she approached recovery with determination and optimism. Recently cleared to return to the golf course, she’s eager to get back to her weekly outings with friends.

A Life Well Lived
For Debbie Fiddler, success isn’t measured by titles or tenure—it’s defined by relationships, resilience, and a genuine love for what she does. Whether she’s helping a homeowner navigate a repair or connecting with agents over lunch, her focus remains the same: serve others well and build lasting trust.

“I’ve got a great life,” she says. “I’m very blessed. And I’m just as happy as I can be.”

In an industry that continues to evolve, Debbie’s approach is a reminder that some things never go out of style—honesty, consistency, and the power of real human connection.
