From personal trainer to touring musician to construction professional, Gerardo Angeles has never been afraid of a pivot. But it was his time repairing underground air ducts that sparked his true calling. Recognizing his sharp eye for structural mechanics, local home inspectors urged him to join the field. Six years later, Gerardo and his wife, Kayla, have built Supreme Inspections into a premier, bilingual powerhouse. The name itself was born from a pivotal moment of transition. After deciding to take a leap of faith, Gerardo quit his previous job to study for his inspector’s license. Sitting down together, Gerardo and Kayla drafted a long list of potential business names. Kayla pointed directly to "Supreme," and the choice was made. The company's daily operations are anchored by Kayla, who runs the high-energy morning meetings. Bringing years of invaluable management experience from the luxury Omni Hotel network, where she once oversaw hundreds of employees, Kayla handles the team's hiring processes and operational structures. "I honestly don't know what I would do without her," Gerardo shares. "She brings a wealth of knowledge that helps us scale seamlessly."
Backing her up on the administrative front is Juan, the team's irreplaceable customer service lead. As the friendly, knowledgeable voice handling incoming phone calls, Juan ensures that clients and real estate partners experience a smooth, stress-free process from the very first interaction.
On the structural side, the inspector lineup is built on absolute trust and shared values:
• Raul (Lead Inspector): Gerardo’s childhood friend since kindergarten. Now 31, Raul is the team's most seasoned professional, having completed thousands of inspections. He co-trains incoming staff alongside Gerardo, setting the gold standard for technical excellence.
• Mario: Known affectionately as the team's undisputed "workhorse" and jokester, Mario has been with the company for two and a half years. A dedicated family man, Mario is the go-to specialist for braving the tightest crawlspaces and attics that others simply can't fit into.
• Andrew: The newest inspector to join the ranks, Andrew is a devoted husband and father who seamlessly meshes with the company's tight-knit culture. He is currently getting his feet wet in the field under rigorous training.
Expanding their reach even further, the business operates alongside a sister company, 365 Pest Control, run out of the exact same building. Gerardo’s brother, Jose, manages the termite and pest treatments.
