Sarah Schrick

“I truly got into real estate because I wanted to do more for my family and because I genuinely love helping others,” says Sarah Schrick. “I’ve always had a passion for helping.” This passion allowed her to turn real estate into an amazing career.

It all started with a coffee meeting. A conversation with a local agent sparked her interest and set her on a new path. With guidance from a mentor who believed in her, Sarah dove in headfirst.

Her love for people, drive to serve, and fierce work ethic propelled her into one of the most exciting and rewarding chapters of her life.

Jumping In, No Looking Back
Since earning her license in November 2019, Sarah has wasted no time making her mark.
“I’m not someone who overthinks. I just jump,” she says. And jump she did—headfirst into the world of real estate.

Now, nearly six years later, she’s the Broker-Owner of Keystone Realty Group, a top-producing agent, and a mentor to others blazing their own trails. Since getting licensed, she has sold just shy of $30 million in sales. Last year was her best year yet, closing $7.2 million in sales and ranking in the top 500 agents in her market. She will be doing even more in sales this year.

And she’s not slowing down.

“I’ve built everything myself,” she says with pride. “No partners. No investors. No admin. No transaction coordinator.” Just Sarah, her drive, her hustle, and her belief that you get out what you pour in. She also doesn’t pay for leads. All her business is organic; social media and referrals fuel her business.

As a former massage therapist and business owner in Lawton, Oklahoma, Sarah brought more than just skills—she brought heart.

“I put my heart and soul into everything that I do,” she points out. “I did that in massage therapy, and I do it now in real estate. I strive to lead by example and show my children what it means to live with purpose, integrity, and heart.”

Keystone: Holding It All Together
Launching her own brokerage was never about ego—it was about creating a place where people feel like family.

“The hardest part of opening the brokerage was discovering a name,” she says. “I wanted it to portray who I am and what I do.”

“Keystone means the center stone that holds the arch together. That’s what we are to our agents and clients.” The idea was given to her by her husband, Clint. Her family is her biggest support.

Now celebrating two years as a brokerage, Sarah leads a team of nine with heart and humility. “I sit during meetings because I want my agents to know—we’re equals. I’m in this with you.”

She’s still a producing agent, still answering calls at 10 p.m., still writing offers at midnight.
“I’ll never stop helping people. That’s who I am.”

Rooted in Family, Raised on Grit
A South Dakota native, Sarah grew up watching her parents run an RV business. They were both in sales, and Sarah saw firsthand what it meant to show up, work hard, and connect with people.

Her mom? A powerhouse. “Strong, independent, and wildly successful. She handwrote 500 Christmas cards a year. I do the same.” It’s all about connecting with clients and a personal touch.

Sarah married her husband, Clint, 16 years ago. They have two daughters: Addyson, 15, and Ophelia, 8. Family time is everything—Friday fun nights, s’mores in the backyard, and outdoor movies on a makeshift patio setup. “We brought the television outside,” laughs Sarah. In the process, they made memories to cherish.

Giving Back in a Big Way
Sarah isn’t just growing a business—she’s building community.

Every year, Keystone Realty Group hosts two public events that give back in big ways:

Easter Bash: Free bunny photos, bounce house, face painting, and snow cones

Back-to-School Bash: Professional portraits, snow cones, balloon artist, and joy for families who need a lift

“Over 75% of the people who came were complete strangers. That’s what I mean when I say, your clients are right in front of you.”

Her Advice? Get Loud. Stay Real. Be Consistent.
“Consistency is everything. Answer the phone. Respond to emails. Be someone people can count on.”

To Sarah, it’s not about houses. It’s about the clients she serves.

“You’re guiding people through life-changing decisions. Show up with heart. Be better at helping.”

And don’t be afraid to stand out.
“Wear your branded gear to the bank, the grocery store, your kid’s soccer game. Post on social media. Share your life.”

Sarah posts four times a day: half personal, half professional. She calls it “real branding.”
“People feel like they know me (even those whom she has never met!), and that matters.”

Fun Facts

One thing that people would never guess about Sarah is that she was a biker chic, minus the bike.

“I used to work for Harley-Davidson,” she explains. “I did bike nights. I grew up 10 miles from the biggest motorcycle rally in the country—and never even owned a bike,” she laughs. But she’s always had grit.

Today, she’s channeling that same energy into her brokerage, her clients, and her people.

“I was a mentor at my old brokerage before opening mine. It was the best decision I’ve ever made—becoming a real estate agent changed my life and my family’s life.”

And if you ask her?

“I think everyone should get their real estate license.” She’s also interested in growing her brokerage. There’s always room for more talented agents who are looking to accelerate their career, lead with heart, and aren’t afraid to hustle.

Favorite Quote

Sarah draws inspiration from her favorite quote, “She believed she could, so she did.”

“I know it’s from the ‘90s,” she laughs, “but it’s true. If I had doubted myself, I wouldn’t be where I am today.”

Sarah Schrick is living proof that when passion meets action, anything is possible. She jumped and built something extraordinary.

The best is yet to be. Just wait and see.
